  • Visitor Facilitation
  • Crowd Management
  • Routine Maintenance of Animal Enclosures
The Program Is Divided Into Three Modules
  1. Orientation and Zoo Basics: Volunteers learn about the zoo's history, mission, and various departments, with a focus on species-specific education.
  2. Environmental Education and Visitor Interaction: Volunteers receive training on environmental issues, conservation projects, and visitor education.
  3. Zoo Operations and Maintenance: Volunteers can access to veterinary hospital, animal feed store and animal enclosures and learn about routine maintenance of animal enclosures, participate in food preparation and feeding sessions. The best-performing/interested volunteers may be selected for the next batch/advanced roles in the zoo.
